"I have been seeing Mckenzie now for 3 years and I can't say enough amazing things about her!
Whether you are looking for a relaxing massage that will lull you into sleep or some deep tissue work to get at problem areas, she does it all. She takes the time to get to know your body and your needs and really helps move progress forward. Mckenzie is the best massage I've ever had!"

THERAPEUTIC RELAXATION MASSAGE
When people hear the words Therapeutic Massage they typically think of a very intense, concentrated massage, usually focused on a specific trouble area.
When people hear the words Relaxation Massage they typically think of a very gentle massage usually not focused on any particular area of the body. I have heard this described as “having someone rub lotion on you”.
My massage is a combination of the two styles. I take the best parts of each and combine them to create a Therapeutic Relaxation Massage. All massage is therapeutic and all massage should be relaxing. I help clients relaxed while still being able to get therapeutic work done. This can be in specific trouble areas or throughout the whole body.
Before each massage session I discuss what my client needs on that specific day and then adapt my massage to help fulfill that particular need. If they need deep work on one or more focus areas, then that is what we do. If they just want to relax, melt into the table, and feel like they are relaxing on a beach somewhere far away, I can accommodate that too. Communication is the keys to receiving a Therapeutic and Relaxing massage.

"Kenzie is the absolute best! Her range of techniques is incredible and she has something for everyone!
I tell everyone I know that massage is maintenance, not just an indulgence. Kenzie delivers on that idea, and keeps my pain and tension in check. I don't know what I would do without her monthly sessions!"

Thai massage involves the application of pressure, stretching, joint range of motion techniques and work along energy channels. Thai massage is performed without any lubricants. Clients wear loose-fitting clothes and lie on a soft mat or futon on the floor. I use my fingers, thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows, knees, and feet to perform the techniques. The effect is relaxing as well as energizing. Because of the many yoga-like movements and fluidity of treatment, Thai Massage is sometimes referred as “yoga for lazy people,” Thai yoga massage,” or “yoga massage.”

"As someone who has experienced chronic muscle tension for 15+ years, I was apprehensive as to whether massage therapy could provide substantial relief. I work in the medical field and am very aware of the health benefits, although it took meeting the right LMT for me to feel comfortable and confident. I cannot recommend Kenzie enough for both her professionalism and sincere way of providing comfort. Afterwards I feel incredible, not only physically but mentally as well. I highly recommend Kenzie, she continually goes above and beyond to help me and truly cares for the health of others!"
Vacuum cupping has been used for thousands of years as a complimentary service to massage therapy. It uses air pressure to create suction in cups applied to the skin. This negative pressure lifts skin and blood vessels, increasing local circulation and stimulates the flow of Qi. Cupping can be helpful for loosening fascia, releasing trigger points, and even breaking up scar tissue. It will also help stimulate the lymph systems removal of the body's stored waste products. It can be used with a gliding technique, a stationery technique, or the combination of the two.
Cupping is not for everyone and can leave bruise-like marks that can last 24 hours to 2 weeks. Please discuss your reasons for wanting to try cupping and your general overall health with your massage practitioner before starting cupping treatment.
